Bad example on the Three Tri-Force

Now, here`s a bad example on the Three Tri-Force,
it`s a continual on the guy that I said I kicked out of my plan.

Initially we have quite a deep trust in each others, despite we`ve never met in person before.
Trust 80+80+50 = 210;
He`s one hell of a conservative, and he doesn`t make much improvement since I 1st met him.
Flexibility 50; Self Reliance 50;
His works are derivative from famous works, the skill is on par, knowledge is questionable.
Creativity 30; Skill40; Knowledge 40;
Although he can get along well with people,
his mentality is pretty unstable when things goes wrong.
Planning is definitely not his field.
Leadership 100; Vitality 50; Planning 30;
Total: 210+50+50+30+40+40+100+50+30 = 600 points

However, this is base on his Graphical skill.
If it comes to writing, After the 1st test I gave him.
Trust 80+80+50 = 210;
Flexibility 50; Self Reliance 130;
Creativity 80; Skill90; Knowledge 80;
Leadership 100; Vitality 50; Planning 30;
Total: 210+50+130+80+90+80+100+50+30 = 820 points

It`s enough for a pass, but after the 2nd test
Trusts were lost.
Trust 0+0+50 = 50;
I just learned that he`s a steadfast Christian.
Flexibility 50; Self Reliance 130;
He didn`t proof read and doesn`t has Symbolical analytical skill.
Creativity 50; Skill30; Knowledge 50;
Things that weren`t suppose to be said, was said.

Total: 50+50+130+50+30+50+50+30+20 = 460 points

Well, as for the good examples, there are 2 other inner circle members,
whom I haven`t evaluate, but because 4 examples were given already, I give it a rest.
